I am Dave. I am very sorry, but my French is very poor.
I am here because I am the owner of a 1926-9 Peugeot Ladies road cycle. Maybe the only one in the UK.
I am trying to restore it, but it has been poorly kept and damaged in the past.

I think it is the same than mine a few years older :only one cross strut ... it headbage is so............ jelly PARIS with a Lion looking at your right
your serial number is stamped on weel clamp is 136924 and you think it is a 1929
the mine is 727993 for a 1921 circa. I think there is a serial number for your head badge , and another for mine (maybe) ....
there is someone like a sheriff or marshall to apply the law who comming soon
