Peugeot DA22 DA40 (1967-1972) trunk fastening rubber belt

I just bought a beautiful 1972 Peugeot PA 40 E bike, but unfortunately it is missing both fastening, rubber belts.

I am looking for the rubber band and the metal handle.

Not sure if it is a Peugeot specific piece or a universal piece.

I don't even know what the official name and part number is.

I would appreciate if you could help me:
- where to get it
- or how to reproduce it (with explanation).

According to the website you sent me, I found out that the diameter of the rubber band is 8mm and that it is 75cm long at the front and 80cm long at the back.
I also found out from the website that there is a sealing element for 8mm rubber bands.
Yesterday I went to a truck parts shop and got a reinforced rubber binder (3€ 160cm) with a hole sealing element (1€ per piece).
I made a prototype, will try it next week if I get the metal handle.
