It is as I bought it from a fellow Veteran Cycle-Club member who was downsizing his collection. The frame is 28 inches (71cm) with 28 inch wheels (47-622). The only thing that I changed was the cranks/chainwheel for the correct Royal Enfield one with the three field gun motif. Enfield's advertising was ''Built like a Gun'' The Sturmey Archer A series gear has a change sequence normal-- low--high. It is a very nice smooth ride.
