Help! What kind of bicycle did I bought..

Hi bicycle friends,

My new old project has no headbadge, only thing I can find is the frame numbre 962 N, and some brands of the parts.
The drumbrakes are Maxi (super frein grand tourisme) the derialleur is Simplex route leger, Philippe stem, selle Henri Gauthier. I hope you can help me with this one.
This bike is repainted, and it looks like it was chrome! The chrome under the paint is coming off.
The pinstripes on the fenders are white and blue, and are a simple design. just straight.

I found this AC logo on the bottom bracket..
